He’s completely right about this topic tonight.

Black men are always held to a higher standard. White boy could be a cashier or a teacher and it’s all good. Black men gotta cure cancer, lift 1000lb weights, have all 6s, be a tastemaker, etc.

Social media has given most women a false sense of security with comparing themselves to others and the whole level up movement. To men level up is making yourself overall a better person to get higher quality women or just becoming better version of yourself. To many women it’s somehow trapping or finessing a rich dude. It’s never about the woman making herself a better version of herself from what I’ve witnessed.

He’s talking metro area. Outside of Baltimore is pretty nice and MD technically is a well off state.
I guess I’m just confused on what his criteria for Tiered cities are.

because if we’re going off wealthy metro areas, places like Detroit should be tier 2 then.
