1000 pages for KS in less than a year

Oh, so, for those who may be interested , we not already deep in RE bc we did the Manhattan apt thing for a long while. It was dope. Then he got permanent wfh (years before covid, i mean) and that was dope.

We like, ! We can go anywhere (contingent on our moms, ofc, we have obligations bc they did good). The world is our oyster! So we start looking rural, found a state with good gun laws, etc.

Then his mom died. And then his grandma died on the first year anniversary of his mother's death.

So we inherited this house, Jews and Mexicans in the neighborhood and we holding it down.

We still doing the rural thing tho. We did well financially during covid. Money is less of a problem than know how, which is why im putting my ivy league education to work figuring out the know how part. And im blessed to have the opportunity to do so.
