That's one thing I always wondered, all these women making 70-100k on this show wtf do they do? And why don't they just date their male coworkers?I've caught on to all these women calling in hiding behind a Real Estate License. It's just another Degree to them. There are more Realtors than homes on the market right now and alot are throwing in the towel. If they're doing it Part-Time or as a Hobbyist selling 2 homes a year, nobody is impressed and shouldn't even be brought up. Of course that will still be fabricated just like 70% of the women calling in his show making at least 70k

Yup. They use the license as a way to access big spenders. Also they can look “sexy” & be professional at the same time. Some are using it as a front to sell box.

The men who work with these types want nothing to do with them. Them folks a headache at work who wants to deal with that energy in the home?
I’ve noticed almost every woman I’ve ever seen or interacted with who has multiple tatts exhibit thot behavior. It’s insane. Thot or reformed thot. Everytime.
Mannnnnn......CEOs report to a board and have others officers they deal with. And a boss has employees that report to them. These chicks are sole proprietors/owners.

Imagine you work hard all your life and finally have the money to put down a down payment on a house... You show up and the lady showing you the house is late cause she was doing bottle service the night before.... She finally shows up and it's some IG thot that "does real estate" according to her IG page... This is who you putting your future into the hands of.
