Social media being taken too seriously
Twitter got people comfortable making short surface level remarks and that like button reinforces your BS
PC culture being created on Twitter and then telling everyone their opinions matter. Or they have the right to voice them.
Someone posted a stupid opinion on FB one day. I made the comment “why do I always get into these arguments “ then asked why they felt the way they did.
This nikka got all in her feeling talking about “I made that comment yesterday and I am over that topic, also I don’t know you so I’m not going to debate with you” something like that.
I’m reading this bs like then why make your comments publicly if you don’t want strangers potentially responding? It’s like people think they can say whatever they want no matter how disrespectful or uninformed and no one is allowed to question or correct them. People want to be loud and wrong and don’t like being disagreed with.
2021 our comprehension and communication skills are elementary levels. But somehow made it through two degrees.
ive noticed this a lot. Especially on many women’s pages. They want the likes that hot takes and opinions bring but none of the pushback. I’ve respectfully disagreed with people on their pages about outrageous shyt they post and they’ll just delete your comment and keep all the praise and worship comments.
