Another thing I see is a lot of Black Women do not keep the same jobs for a long period of time, even would venture to say as they gain more edu and exp they job hop even more. anywhere from 6-18 months at a job and you hear a woman saying she tired of the job, sometimes even if she has real responsibilities (house/rent, bills, or kid(s)). regardless of whether they're single, seriously involved, or married. further subconsciously stating that they do not want to work.
