I made less than 50k when I bought my home lol now I make weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeell over that. These chicks are drowning in debt and want dudes to foot the bill + still live an IG life style.

Avg breh just need a place to lay his head,whip and wifi lol. Even when it comes to food brehs be fine eating once a day and can get a 10 dollar meal at a drive thru or chipotle. Factor in a gym membership and cell phone, a breh that aint drowning in debt can live off 1k a month or less. Pair that with Rent on avg being 1-2k (because as men we can live in the hood and be fine if we being real). thats 2-3k per month in expenses = 24k-36k a yr.
