Should just double down on defense and try to create a Von Miller Bronco type team.
Payton mannings performance that year was like 9TD 17 INT, we talking numbers that make Bryce young look like prime ARod.

nikka what? In what world does a QB not matter lol? If anyone should be on the hot seat, it's Andrew Berry for getting rid of Baker for Watson. And handing a nikka with dozens of weird cases $200m guaranteed. Betraying Baker who has developed into a Top 8 QB has set that franchise back by about 10 years.

Honestly I think him and the GM were given a pass by the owner, who fukked everything up by demanding the team get Watson by any means. That move blew everything up and they haven't really recovered yet. Defense is great, offense is bad. The funny thing is that they'd be balling with Baker lol.
Dalton was a starting level QB tbf. Ever since 2023, Stefanski has had some of the worst QB play in the leaguenikkas didn’t have this much understanding for Marvin Lewis trying to win with Andy dalton and he wasn’t this bad
I would have liked to see Marvin Lewis with an elite QB though

The organization changed their scheme to fit Watson's strengths last year and it blew up in their faces. Doesn't help that Chubb got hurt and the offensive line felt off the cliff last year. They now have to rebuild while carrying DW's cap # for this season and next year because it will cost them $100 MM if's he cut but 6/1/26. They are going back to Kevin's offense this year but the offensive line is still ass, running game is still suspect until Junkins gets back to football shape and special teams got to stop fukking up. They should be 1-1 if the kicker makes his extra point and FG against Cincy two weeks ago. The defense can only do so much.
I do agree that he has to turn it around and get some W's fast or he is mostly likely gone by the end of the season. This is a transition year and the first few games are ROUGH (Cincy, Bal, GB, Det, Minny in London, and Pit). After the Steelers, the schedule gets much easier and hopefully one of the rook QBs is playing. As long the team is in contention for a potential playoff spot by late Dec/Jan, Kevin will be fine but he cannot have another 3 to 5 win season this year.
