I don't see how a judge can make him pay 100,000 when there is a prenup which is a legal document stating she we not get spousal support and only a lump sum of 500,000 - 1,000,000
That amount is only while they work on the case, not a final judgement.

Also, they were married for 14 years, women are always going to to get more the longer they were married if they had kids.

The system for child support, spousal support, alimony, etc... is an absolute fukking joke. There's no reason he should have to pay that amount of money.
I agree but there are clauses folks put in marriages in case stuff don't work. If he was cheating on his wife he had it coming. Personally if you rich and fukking around on your wife, don't be surprised when you gotta break bread. Bezos just gave his wife 38 BILLION dollars over adultery.

these numbers aren't made up out of thin air, one, the $100k is a temporary # they both agreed to, two, if she and her kids would "benefit" that much per month if they all lived together, then it's fair that they have that same benefit apart. thus is the burden for those who significantly out-earn their partner/spouse

So what’s the point of a prenup if it’s not enforceable? She signed a prenup that said she wouldn’t receive spousal support and she still gets it?

This is disgusting. I’m not even a fan of the GMB movement but at this point it’s unquestionable especially as a pro athlete.

I don’t think the system is for a man at all even if you don’t cheat and say you split amicably the women can still take you to the cleaners. It no wonder that Fox News and CNN y’all about men are getting married less and less each year and they wonder why? The laws are unbalanced and need to be rewritten but something tells it’s people at the top that that wouldn’t benefit if you changed things.

Before men, hell anybody gets married I think it would be wise to at least read upon community property states
