without that(refs,ol,shul,gm) all of that yes he always been inconsistent.( still doesn't mean it isn't true and I wont change my tune on that)
that's why I always say that hes a rhythm passer. he cant be pressured 2 times then have time on 3rd down and be accurate. he has inconsistent footwork which leads to high passes. he doesn't ancitipate throws as much and stares down wr too much. maybe his biggest problem this year is he will not take the check down. superbowl is a prime example.
but its proven when cam has a good oline like 2013/2015 he plays better as a PURE passer. so that's why ill always say that until he doesn't play good with a good oline.
