This is an indictment of Phil Jackson, and to a lesser extent Carmelo Anthony. I can't blame Jeff Hornaceck, he's working with what he has, from a roster standpoint.
-He's dealing with an inconsistent Derrick Rose who is a shadow of the superstar he was 5 years ago, no matter how you spin it.
-Brandon Jennings has now shown the reason why he isn't a starter in the league. Yes he can be a great scorer at times, but he's a so-so passer and he turns the ball over way too much, on top of being a sieve defensively.
- Joakim Noah is a 13 million dollar disaster and will likely be traded before the deadline. He no longer has has the footwork to be an effective P and R defender and he has lost any type of rim presence he used to have.
- It's clear Carmelo Anthony does not like the role he's being asked to play in Jeff Hornacecks offense.
- Porzingis, is a great scorer and should be the focus of the team starting NOW. He has some flaws as a defender (he's way too soft on the inside). Also it's clear he's playing way too many minutes per game.
