People dumb to put Kareem above Kobe as a Lakers. I'm big on calling Kareem being the 2nd best ever but because of the damage he did as a both a Bucks and a Lakers. As a Lakers he's 3rd but overall body of work he's definitely the best to ever play for the Lakers, just not the best as a Lakers.

Anyway, I'd give Magic the nod but the longevity makes it close. Sidekick rings dumb considering Magic had Kareem early in his career (and it was pretty much Kareem's team until the mid 1980s) and never had 2 of his best years wasted on shyt teams (let's not pretend 05-07 Kobe couldn't win a title with a competent roster). Worst supporting cast Magic ever had outside of 95 still had the likes of Kareem and Wilkes, or Worthy/Scott if you consider 91 to be his worst.
