More like AI towards the end of his career big stats but no impact, he's seeing less doubles and his big games have no impact on whether they win or lose.
Are ya'll serious?
He was 16/28, 57% shooting and goes for 42 points. And you choose this game to talk shyt. Kobe is looking the best he has looked in 3 years.
The Lakers are 1-10 when Bean scores 30+ this year, that pretty much says it all. We know Bean is one of the greatest scorers to ever do it, the knock has always been he has never figure out how to play team ball and quite frankly never will. Look at all the talent around him, even with Gasol and Nash out. Kobe and D-Ho and they are this pathetic???

Numbers can absolutely lie if you're an idiot who either doesn't watch the games and don't know how to interpret the numbers, or are deliberately being intellectually dishonest to push a false narrative...in games that they've lost this year he's played significantly more minutes (damn near half a quarter more)...the correlation is him playing more minutes trying to catch the team up, as opposed to in wins where he's resting on the bench with a leadmean lie women lie numbers never lie,![]()

People are so full of a shyt with kobe, it's truly amazing sometimes....even after all these years of pathetic kobe hate...the nikka's putting up 29 5 5 in his 17th year on like 61% TS% and he's washed up and having no impact?....the squad routinely has double digit negative +/- when he leaves the floor...worse yet, I remember people on here arguing me down to death just a couple weeks ago about how "bulletproof" kobe is from criticism
....between shyt like this and how people spent the entirity of him joining the 30K Club, not as an occassion of appreciation for seeing one of the greats cross a milestone but as a way to downplay it as much as possible...might be one of the most under appreciated all time greats in sports history

Kobe has never shot this well, and statistically he's having one of his best seasons, yet he's making no impact?....sounds like just another way to downplay greatness
Kobe scored 42 and we still lost to the Cavs..thats says much more about the impact of the rest of the team than Kobe...
Cool, what about the wins? What about the fact he has one of the worst assist to turnover ratios in the league and his playing with the "best center in the league". Kobe scored 42pts on 26 shots, had 5 turnovers, a bare minimum of 40 possessions and even more where he touched the ball and all he had to show for it was 2 assists. When he acts as a facilitator first and scorer second, they win, when he tries to black out and win the game himself, they lose. Teams are winning in spite of his big games because they slow everyone else down, and he doesn't seem to notice it.
AI averaged 33ppg, 7apg and shot 45% from the field, his team was 35-47. There's something to be said about dominating the ball and putting up hollow stats in losses.
Kobe has never been a facilitator in his career...he has always dominated the ball..the only difference between then and now is we knew how to properly rotate on defense back then...other than that, he's playing the most efficient basketball he's ever played...this whole "when kobe scores 30" shyt is bullshyt...those loses where Kobe score 3-+ could had easily been W's had we played proper D..most of those losses have absolutely nothing to do with Kobe scoring an efficient 30 or more
