He averaged more PPG than Shaq in the 02-03 season. Granted Shaq missed games, but anybody saying this nikka kobe doesn't legit average40 in those years is crazy. Shaq still averaged 27.7 the year kobe has 30.0 but nikkas will still talk like kobe came off the bench until Shaq was traded

No he wasn't. Take the year before and the three years afterwards. In that five year period, he was better vs. the West. If not for the 81 point game, even his 2006 stats would be around even.
The EC perimeter defense was better in that era. The West had more interior presence.

He was not particularly efficient. He wasn't as bad as Iverson but he was nowhere near Lebron/MJ. He was then, as always, a volume scorer.

He averaged 40.6 that entire month, averaged 45.0 in his streak in January 2006 where he averaged 43.0 points, the only player other than him to do that was Wilt. why hasn't nobody did anything like that since then? How many nikkas with better % than Kobe ball hogged since 2003 or 2006?

You act like it isn't a general popular opinion that Kobe is one of the most dangerous scorers ever. His run in 05-07 still has yet to be redone again and we are in the most athletic era of all. This is a guy who averaged 28.1 and almost 30 in the playoffs on a Shaq led team. From then to like 2012 he averaged between 25-35 points. The only reason his overall points per game suffered is because of the last few years
People like @Sccit are just very stupid and try to play out imaginary scenarios like Kobe was far above the rest and was just the unluckiest player of all time.

This myth that the Eastern COnference was easier to play against in that era is bullshyt. Even taking Kobe's 2005-2006 season, the 81 point game is the reason he scored higher overall. If you adjust that game down to 40, for example (less of an outlier) his PPG would have been 34.7 PPG.
Bottom line is, he was worse against the EC.
HIS ASSIST NUMBERS FOR A SHOOTING GUARD WERE EXCELLENT .. A GREAT PASSER IN EVERY SENSE OF THE WORD.
