I respect Kobe. I just hate how everyone acts like he's the only one who works on his game in the off season.

Nothing different between him and scrubs working tirelessly on their game, other than him(kobe) being a better player.

Props though, will read later.

Those scrubs usually aren't 17 years deep :manny:

Yea there is. One is the best in the game. He has every excuse not to work on it. He's been doing this since 96 and still hasn't stopped. That's the difference between the GOATS and other cats.

:troll: Lebron works just as hard if not more

if LeBron worked as hard as Kobe he'd be averaging 50ppg

Kobe is a talented overachiever. His physical talent didn't make him one of the GOATs automatically. T-Mac and Vince both had comparable if not were more talented. It was his work ethic that made him who he is. LeBron's physical skills made him one of the GOATs automatically. Same with Shaq. Both were freaks of nature and even if they never worked on their game they would still dominate because of their god-given ability.

Just remember that Bron averaged 27/7/7 his second year without a mid-range jumper, three point shot, or post game.

it's a shame his dedication is wasted on a washed-up franchise like the Lakers
I imagine it must be like spending hours upon hours building a sandcastle only to have it washed away once the high tide comes in

Right. I said they were t as good as him. That's the difference doesn't mean they don't work just as hard.

Best in the game?:comeon:

This goes for every sport. The most popular player is alway the first to the gym and always the last to leave. That isn't always the case just makes for great legend. And you silly fools eat it up.

Tell me about that d league brotha tryna make it into the league. Since you know about every bodies work lout regime.

To hear y'all tell it Kobe was a 5'10 pg and only through intense training and persistence was he able to mold himself into a 6'6 elite sg.

Ahh, Kobe stans. Gotta love'em.

Kobe was 6'6, jumping out of the gym coming out of high school.
Are you saying Kobe had no natural talent? He may have even had a jump in his competitors cause his dad was in the league.

I don't even know why I offer up response anymore.:heh:

That's not what he said at all.

And Kobe did NOT have elite athleticism like the LeBron's, T-Mac's, Vince Carter's, Gerald Green's, James White's, etc.

Kobe's athleticism was Very Good, but he was not an ELITE athlete.

Kobe's dedication and work on his game got him to where he is currently and it's not even debatable.

this story takes place at the olympics you got 13 of the best players in the world along with anthony davis and james harden; and only one cat called him up at 4 in the morning to workout and then didn't leave til after everyone else was done. think about that. so respect and stop being a bytchmade fakkit.

So if all those players stayed healthy their whole career and didn't practice as much as Kobe, they would still be in the same level to this day? You saying only reason Kobe could compete w/ their god given talent (which he couldnt compare)is cause of work ethic.:stopitslime:

He was drafted outta high school breh. Stop acting like he wasnt blessed w/ natural ability, dam.

Practice made him better just like lebron has gotten better over the years.

Of course Kobe had natural abilities.

Again, Kobe was NOT AN ELITE ATHLETE.

He cant even fukking palm the basketball like others at his height can. He did not possess athleticism like a T-Mac, Vince, Gerald Green, etc.

He was more like a Nick Young in terms of atheleticism.

No, they did not practice have Kobe's work ethic. These extreme athletes got past on straight atheleticism.

There is a reason Kobe's game got better and they didnt.....because Kobe worked extremely hard on his game and they coasted.

An ELITE athlete who also worked like a mad man on his game?

Michael Jordan. Kobe's just a very good athlete who worked like a mad man on his game.
