In most states you have to give 10 feet. Now it can get murky if you are on private property which they were. They can ask you to move back a bit. She was kind of close but to get slammed like that is

And y’all do realize that even in the best case settlements fukk over future victims right?
And that settlements exist to prevent these cases from going further down the courts and establishing precedent right?
And that settlements are propagandized by the media to equate racism and brutality to an extremely low monetary value right?
And that the overwhelming majority of victims to police brutality don’t even receive settlements right?
