An experienced Black woman that is the Mayor of a major American city and probably lived thru the Watts and Rodney King riots. There was no distinction between county and city police when those uprising occurred.
She has some knowledge and power to have reached that level of accomplishment. I never thought the area would see another Black mayor with all the immigration and Black flight.
