Cheaters will always cheat. If they get caught they'll try harder to cover their tracks next time. Once someone fukks up on that level you let them go. If not, you'll be an insecure mess watching his every move. Be friends, keep it civil but don't get back with the dude. It sounds like you aren't competely over him. Move on b. If you haven't been with anyone since him that's a problem. Im not saying go whore it out but Get yourself out there and start talking to other dudes at least. Fight that temptation of being alone on the holidays too. That shyt will lead to a mistake and more wasted time.

You have to stop saying he was good to you, people that are good to one another do not deceive each other and break trust like that. Was he good to you while he was dikking down another chick? How good was he to you when he clearly lied to you, and then went behind your back to fukk with another chick? I look at cheating as something unforgivable, it's a multitude of lies on top of another, with the ultimate goal being to deceive.
I have been with my girl for years, she is the love of my life, and if tomorrow she told me she cheated on me she and I would be no more. The fact he cheated on you and now wants you back is what is driving your interest. Cut your losses now, before you end up with these dude for years, only for him to cheat on you again, I mean what would stop him from doing it again, all it takes to get back is some crocodile tears.
