How many of those would be passing enough to not know something was "off"
I see much more nowadays to be often. But most are in the midst of transitioning and I would never mistake them for a natural born woman.
Never knew this existed. I heard some people were like hermaphrodites but that's as far as i wanted to know at the time

Its not really taught so if you don't seek knowledge you'll have no idea.

I would be offended. id think you would need to notice at least 2 or 3 masculine features to even start to question ie extremly tall + voice is off or breast implants + manly fingers/wrists. i dont have any manly physical features or masculine body movements
I hear ya. But sometimes you do run into some women that have slight male characteristics. Like the chick I described in the OP. I felt like she was fine as fukk in her pics and didnt seem to have any masculine features but then saw a few face pics that made me wonder.
