I know a really pretty female and I feel like she doesn't need to wear any. Now I know some females are sensitive when it comes to their makeup. She honestly doesn't need it. I feel like she's prettier without it would it be a bad thing to tell her that?

If shes your girl or family, you have some sort of basis with which to give her that sort of conversation. Even then, you should probably leave it alone. Falls under the same category as:
"Don't get too big" to a lady who lifts weights.
"You should slow down" to a bigger woman who eats a lot, especially if she appears to be happy with herself.

Even if its what you consider to be in her best interest, she can genuinely like what she is doing and how it makes her look and feel.
