Nah, he got evicted and the landlord let him and his brother in law in to move his stuff out. Then the landlord wouldn't let him get all of his stuff

The landlord lent him the drill to break down his bed.

Landlord should've just let dude get his stuff and go. He basically died over $200, when he could've just taken him to small claims court, the people's court, judge mathison, judge Judy, judge joe brown, and all the other court shows.

And I don't think he's going to get a lot of time. He never punched him. He pushed him. It wasn't malicious
So a push can't be considered malicious while being fully aware there is a set of stairs behind him?

At the end of the video, when the guy who pushed him came down the steps to see what he done. Y’all see how he checked the guys pulse? Immediately after he did that and realized the guy was dead, he started pacing around taking his hat off and putting it on again. Realizing how much he fukked up. Can y’all imagine pushing someone and then realizing that your push killed them? Like damn.:merchant:

And it’s all on camera so your fake ass story isn’t going to be doing any good

She couldn't sue them?
If they couldn't pay rent then they probably didnt have any money to sue for, plus my mom was already thousand of dollars in the hole and was honest done with the entire ordeal, she wasn't about to spend more money that she didn't have to hire an attorney.

DC is like that as well. It can take up to 8 months to get someone out. The process is also time consuming.

Toronto doesn't take that long but the laws are all pro-tenant. You can't do anything as a landlord. Can't raise rent more than 2%...up from 1.8% :bryan:. Tenant doesn't pay? No worries, it's gonna take some months to kick them up.

Yep dudes in here downplaying what happened need to watch the video closely. He flew a good distance and landed on his head. That would take anybody out. I don't understand why he was being so aggressive though. You can't control how someone will react to your behavior.
He was obviously pissed off and if he handled it differently he would still be alive. But then again he never figured he go out like that, can't trust people and need to pick your battles wisely.
