One reason I could never be a landlord there are so much horrible tenants out there but they have so much power.
Some stone cold heartless folks in here....almost no respect for humanity based on some of these comments
One reason I could never be a landlord there are so much horrible tenants out there but they have so much power.
no,...
this was a slumlord.
you never engage the tenant past correspondence and certain administrative fail safes in place.
you are talking about deflection, away from the incident.
the incident is on film.
that is what happened to lead to the landlord's death.
when the landlord made himself liable.
by not following proper administrative and civil procedure.
he ran up on camera.
in an emo out of control state.
to perform a forcible eviction.
was thwarted. Then proceeded to attempt another forcible entry repeated.
then was countered into a death down a flight of stairs via manslaughter.
the tenant should have just shut the door and called the police.
the landlord should never have been there at all.
this was a dispute handled in civil court.
Now because the landlord and rhe tenant do not know public engagement.
They both from who has to suffer.
the landlord precipitated the situation.
when, the landlord should never have even been there.
plus the landlord precipitated the situation.
art barr
you nikkaz ain't been through nuffin.
Plus you do not any wherewithal to the law.
you can only do what a country allows you to do.
In this country the landlord and tenant are not allowed..to behave publically and lack civility and good faith.. in the manner in which, they are both filmed.
same in ca...that's why i keep all my tenants on leases, no month to month fukkery. we both have a clear window to say whether or not we're renewing a lease, i figure at most i'm stuck with someone until the end of their lease.
his tenants are bums, not sure why people feel entitled to not paying for what they actively chose to sign a lease for, sad he lost his life. but he also should have stuck with a the formal protocol - written notices, late fee accrual, and when necessary, start the eviction process. sucks that small time landlords can get screwed out of money for months due to ridiculous eviction laws. there are fukk reasons landlords try to evict, and yes, i can completely understand legal quagmire there, but failure to pay should be a fast tracked case and you need to get the fukk up out.
Let's push you off a few feet from the ground onto concreteJesus....humans are made of marshmallow fluff.....![]()
He can't even pay rent on timeTenant may not do much time if he gets a good lawyer.

Those lawyers who help people with landlords aren't looking to fight a murder charge.
Entirely different scenarios than what you are suggesting.
One reason I could never be a landlord there are so much horrible tenants out there but they have so much power.

stop.
stop.
stop.

Ok johnnie cocrhan.
Are you really in here trying to remove context from the situation with this gibberish?
