Nah, tis is a whole new album. The one you are talking about is actually a rerelease of a four year old project he did with Cookin' Soul that they just added some visuals to.

This may sound crazyyy but on some joints he reminds me of a less nasal sounding (and less gangster content) Eazy-E.
