I can respect that. But think about the progression made with a series like The Witcher from last gen to this. I think Naughty Dog can take this already excellent game premise and gameplay to the next level. I would expect them to be extremely ambitious, because people won't settle for a cookie cutter sequel. The bar is continuously being raised and by the time this game comes out surefire classics like Fallout 4 and MGSV will have been out for quite some time. Not to mention FF15 and The Last Guardian...

Pretty much sums up some of the arguments in here. When you start off a post saying only Uncharted and God of war sells you're not really basing this off of facts. Just conjecture and anecdotal evidence.

Before the Left Behind DLC was announced I thought Naughty Dog was going to make that story the DLC. I wouldn't mind a full game on that dude though. The last bit of his journal had me

Ellie and Joel's story ending at that climatic moment would be perfect.

If they were to do a sequel, I'd rather it be about someone else instead of Joel and Ellie again.

Yeah i'd rather see something from someone on the other end, perhaps play as a Firefly or even someone who came up in the scavenger culture. Have the game kinda start at a part that seemingly minor in the first game...that would be dope.
