That sounds more like wishful thinking on your part.
If Lonzo is what he looks to be in summer league, being on the Lakers, in teh LA market he is going to have all the shoe brands, even shoe brands that aren't currently in the basketball market like asics or new balance interested in co-branding with the BBB to get in the market.

Y'all delusional, these big companies ain't giving him no co branding, I know that's what they want but it's not gonna happen. Especially after 4 summer league games.
Nike has already signed three guys that may be just as good if not better, why give Lonzo co branding?

Who ever wants Lonzo and BBB gonna have to co-brand and the price is going up, that is basically been LaVar's goal the whole time and he has been open with it.

The ironic thing is that it's going to happen sooner rather than later. Remember originally the Zo2's were described by Lavar as "a family project for Lonzo". They're not positioned to compete with Nike, UA or Adidas so the long game will be to join one of them. And there's absolutely nothing wrong with that. But a lot of these fan boys are gonna be mad when Lavar does have BBB sign with a major shoe deal

BBB really needs a major investor that can take provide the capital needed to get this up and running.
Pat Ewing was able to carve a niche in the b-ball sneaker game, but he partnered with somebody that had the capital.
Lavar can't do this by himself. Probably needs at least $10M-$15M to really get it cracking.

lol I promise you in the end if he does sign with one of the majors it'll be the Ben Simmons type deal, no one is paying this guy a billion dollars. Smart thing to do would be to sign a major deal, become an actual star, build a fan base, then go independent. Then the BBB thin would have worked.

I doubt the billion dollar thing is real, just showmanship.
Smart thing to do is go at it on your own and as you get money put it into your company and be independent from the beginning like they are doing now.
If you don't want to buy the shoes don't buy them, its okay.
They don't have to rebrand anything, they can update their logo, but its all good either way.
