It's too early for this. This is something you say after winning a chip or shyt, at least after doing something in the playoffs.

He's acting like he ain't playing with the best big man in the league and a stacked roster

So if the Lakers were fighting for an 8th seed, that's who you and most others would be talking about? :usure:

Why is he pretending those Cleveland and Miami teams would of made it out the West when he lost six of nine finals:gucci:.

Let's also pretend he didn't get AD:mjtf:

Cleveland and Miami are in the east, therefore they woudn't be in the west. Playing in the west, especially for a team like the Lakers, ups your chances of playing for a better run org and with better players. This is something people failed to consider with that east/west talk.

LeBron always pats himself on the back as if mediocre things he did were incredible.

History wont look kindly at 3/6 in the Finals or the fact the Heatles underwhelmed and only went 2/4...He dominated a weak East after going back to Cleveland with Kyrie and the minute Kyrie left and the East got tough again he bounced and again had to orchestrate a trade to get him a top 5 player...

HE never dominated period unless the deck was completely stacked in his favor against the conference AND league and even then he still only has a 50% win PCT on that team...Hes a great player with great stats and 3 rings but none of this talk of him dominating the East is reality, its competely overstated with context...

His first run with Cleveland was underwhelming and his second one was against the weakest the East has ever been in 25 years....

The Raptors did even better the year before Kawhi got there

The postseason is when transcendent players like a LeBron, Kawhi, and maybe soon Giannis makes a huge difference out East.
One thing ppl overlook w/ the '19 Raps is that while Kawhi missed 22 games last year... Lowry missed 17, FVV missed 18, Powell missed 22, and Gasol was a mid-season acquisition who only played 26 with them before the playoffs...

...and the Raps still won 58 games. They were essentially a 65+ win team masquerading as something lesser, due to injuries and load management.

This season they've battled injuries as well but they come across like the 1994 Bulls who also had that post-championship swagger + that "something to prove" motivation. I can see them having a comparable playoff run as those Bulls.

Winning the conference 8 straight times is not dominating? Raptors, Cs, Pacers, Bulls, Nets that Bron played against en route to those Finals would run the turn of the century east.

He did it 4 times with Miami who had ZERO competition and then the East fell off a cliff when he went back to Cleveland...2015 Hawks 2016 Raptors 2017-18 Celtics were the next best thing LoL..

None of those teams would run the East, they would be in competition with 02-04 Nets, they couldnt beat the 04-07 Pistons or DHoward Magic teams...if the East was as strong for the entire 15 years like it was in 2019 Bron wouldnt have made it out even half as many times as he did...

He dominated at a time when it was historically weak AND he had a super team...its that simple.

Lesser comp and dominance are not mutually exclusive. They usually go hand in hand. People usually only acknowledge this with teams/players they don't like though.

Teams like the Raptors and Pacers and Bulls and flabby Nets were actually built perfectly for that era and deeper in terms of talent and better are shooting 3s than the top teams from that time. They would actually be better in a slower, more physical era with less emphasis on 3s.

Love how 60+ win Bulls team, a Celtics team that was 1-2 plays away from being the defending champs, and a very solid Pacers team is "ZERO competition".

The best teams in the East during the Heat 2011-2014 run were better than the best teams the Lakers beat in the West in 2008-2010 or the best teams the Warriors beat in the West in 2015.
