LeBron hurt the Lakers big time this year: this is in large part LeBron's fault.

He needs to retire ASAP
No one is interested in watching him play except his stans
Preach. I hear that a lot of actual Laker fans have never liked him. Defacing his mural and all. Imagine a 35 year old Jordan came to LA? The city would have had a week of celebration.

And his Stans want it two ways - he plays well and it adds to his legacy because look at how well he’s playing at his age!

He plays poorly and it doesn’t affect his legacy because hey he’s old!

Can’t have it both ways. If he shouldn’t be judged like any other player because of his age then his legacy building ended years ago and he’s a novelty act now.

MAGA level delusion. :laff:

Better selling jersey

LeBron 2003, 2004, 2005, 2010, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016

Kobe 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2011

#1 jersey sales

Lebron - 9

Kobe - 6

Lebron even outsold Kobe jerseys on his retirement tour.

Once again, Riverside ain’t America :wow:
Type of dude to say "Yes Nash deserved 2x MVPs including that 2005-2006 one over Kobe"
Jersey sales is an indication of POPULARITY not GOAT status.
If anything, rings is automatically a bigger indicator and we all know the score in that department (and Kobe did it in fewer seasons in the league.

LeBron is generational, but don't talk about Kobe like that in my thread @Mister Terrific

Blasphemy! Nash winning MVP over Kobe was a travesty :dahell:

Kobe won 3 rings being the sidekick to the most dominate player in the NBA. Hell his 1st ring he was a glorified Eddie House :mjlol:

WTF is this breh?

Can you imagine MJ laughing with Barkley or Miller or Kobe with Garnett or AI during a playoff game.. especially one THEY ARE LOSING?

WTF is this brehs?

0% GOAT or leader energy.
Laughing with the enemy? There are no friends in this.

Ok if you run into someone 3 months later - cool.DURING an NBA Playoff game...?
The GOAT debate been over (it's MJ, there's nobody close - Kobe is 2nd for me - LeBron is 3 for me but you can make a case for Bill or Kareem (but the game was so different back then)

Now it's 100,000% OVER.

I saw 0% leadership, GOAT, franchise, pride for LA or killer energy from LeBron in this series.
It's time y'all. And I respect the dude but if he keeps going down this road - it'll hurt his legacy. The ONLY way out: get Giannis, dump JJ Redikk for a champion winning coach, get rid of a bunch of players (Hayes, Len, Knecht, if needed even Reaves or Rui) for great assets (an all-star level scorer + strong defensive killer player). This is the only way.

IF he keeps playing with this mindset and the team follows his lead like they've done it's time for...

Somewhere tropic...
Lebron does it his way. He doesn't have to be scowling, eyes red like a demon just cause MJ did it
