LeBron: "If I get 37 shots in a game, I'm going to put up 60, 70. Easy."

LOL Lebron and Durant have admitted to not taking shots to protect their FG % and there is this...

Bron takes more than 3 threes a game, dude is just ascending to his final form.

Vegeta somewhere screaming about Bron's power levels as we speak.

Kobe is Vageta....

If you study Dragonball Z. The personalities and relationship between Goku and Vageta fit Bron and Kobe to a tee....

It's not easy to score 50-60 points cause once someone gets near it most teams (not the raptors :beli:) focus their defense on shutting them down or making them pass. Has Lebron even scored 60 in his Cleveland days? Only 3 players I know can score 60 EASY:

Durant
Carmelo
Curry

Maybe Harden (with like 30 ft attempts:manny:)

I don't really understand this. Kobe is looking to score. That's it. He has something like 20 games where he's shot the ball more than 36 times.

Lebron probably had like 1 or 2 times. I mean, Lebron probably has double the amount of triple doubles that Kobe has despite being in the league for a substantially shorter time.

So Kobe is capable of more impressive scoring performances when he's on and Lebron is more consistently dominant and the more efficient offensive player.

This shouldn't really be news to anyone.

Lebron has more triple doubles because his game is closer to the basket and he has 2 inches/50 lbs on Kobe. Kobe is probably the most adept facilitator at the 2 the game has ever seen. Both are incredible defenders with Kobe being a better man defender and Lebron a help defender and versatile defender. Lebron is not the threat Kobe is from anywhere on the floor or has the footwork and consistency on his jumper. Lebron makes up for it with his efficiency and consistent scoring. Kobe is the better off the ball player and shooter, though they both are high usage players.

Only the Lebron stat team consistently think Lebron is more dominant than Kobe. Yea, because stats win games :comeon:

Even NBA players/coaches say (including the GOAT) Kobe > Lebronze

I would say thats true, but I think Lebron just does it for the stats after reading most this thread.

I mean, kobe was an arrogant gunner back in the day, especially when he played with Smush Parker and didn't trust his teammates, but dude has evolved since then. He plays the post more, looks for the easier shot, but still isn't afraid to take (and sometimes make) the most difficult shots late in the clock or to try and get his team back in the game. He is a killer when he wants to be now.

But I don't disagree. They do have different games. I'm saying that all these statwhores are calling this guy the GOAT off some individual records and stats, something that Lebron seems to really give a fukk about. While Kobe doesn't give a fukk about anything except winning rings

Lebron has more triple doubles because he's a much better passer and has better awareness on rotations than Kibe does. Kobe is a good passer but he has tunnel vision when it comes to offense.

Kobe isn't a better on-ball defender, his defensive prime was just in a time where he could handcheck. Lebron is literally a DPOTY contender as a perimeter player, ins league where the rules are now skewed to let Offensive players flourish. Let Lebron be able to hand heck and be a lot more physical and he'd be, by far, one of the most terrifying on-ball defenders.

Kobe is the better shooter and has a more versatile scoring set while Lebron is the better slasher and probably one of the best finishers around the rim ever. The mere threat of Lebron's drives Plus his awareness and passing make him have a bigger offensive impact despite Kobe being a better scorer.

When it comes down to it, Lebron can get the ball in the basket at a more efficient rate while being a better playmaker, more impactful defender, and a better rebounder. He doesn't have the same "scoring mentality" that Kobe does but he puts up similar numbers.

Look at this...

35.4 PTS on 45% (27.2 FGA) / 6 AST / 6.9 REB - this is a result of mixing Kobe's best seasons for those categories

Vs.

27.6 PTS on 49% / 6.9 AST / 7.2 REB - this is literally what Lebron AVERAGES ACROSS HIS ENTIRE CAREER including his rookie seasons

Kobe's best AST and rebound seasons ever don't compare to Lebron's average over his entire career. Simply put, Lebron does more better and his godly athleticism make him a comparable scorer to Kobe. No, Kobe doesn't have Lebron's physical gifts but that can't be held against Lebron.

Lebron has more impact on
Both ends of the court.
