Anyone holding LeBron to the same exact barometer as any other superstar can instantly be recognized as an illogical hater who can't be reasoned with:
•Simmons, Year 5, age 24
•Booker, Year 6, age 24
•Jokic, Year 6, age 26
•Randle, Year 7, age 26
•Embiid, Year 7, age 27
•Giannis, Year 8, age 26
•AD, Year 9, age 28
•Dame, Year 9, age 30
•Kawhi, Year 10, age 29
•Kyrie, Year 10, age 29
•PG, Year 11, age 31
•Harden, Year 12, age 31
•Steph, Year 12, age 33
•Durant, Year 14, age 32
•CP3, Year 16, age 36
I just named off probably the 15 best players in basketball. Which one of these guys is even half as accomplished as LeBron James? Which one of these guys has even half his body of work and track record in the playoffs?
All 15 of these guys I named, no exceptions, are all either currently playing the best basketball of their lives, in their absolute prime or peaks, and every single one of them has less wear and tear and mileage on their bodies than LeBron James...
LeBron is literally the only guy in NBA history, who is by consensus one of the three greatest players ever and Top 2 to most---->he's the only guy with that kind of cache that he earned thru his work put in on the floor, that we are giving him the same standards of expectations of guys who are substantially younger and/or less proven, in his 18th season at 36 years of age. No other Y18 or 36-year old player in the history of the sport was held to this standard...
To whom much is given, much is expected, I guess Bron has to continue to remind people who he is despite showing out in money time more than this entire list of superstars combined....combine all the biggest moments of all 15 of these guys careers, LeBron has done more than all of these nikkas combined...
But inevitably this thread is gonna bring the dummies out like flies on shyt who will tell you LeBron hasn't earned a level of validity over these guys and some kind of way should be seen the same way all these lesser players should be. And nikkas will jump thru hoops of fire to try to make it make sense...
LeBron never has to go to another Finals or win another ring, his place in the game can't be hurt. If he does keep winning its really an indictment on all these younger, middle of prime nikkas and would further underscore why he's the greatest ever. If the Lakers wash out this postseason, who can blame them for that? Injuries crippled them and it wasn't their way, but of course this board will have 100 spam threads on how the Y18 guy on an obvious decline is ass...
