It's like I have to spell out everything for these Bronsexuals

Malone and Payton were washed. How does that count? Kobe never played with more than 1 HOF that was in their prime like Bron did

Dwight is questionable but Kobe tore his achilles so clearly we can't count that season cause who knows what Kobe would have done in the playoffs during that tremendous invidividual season :wow:

I forgot bron played with the most dominant center of our generation which wade and bean were able to win rings with yet bron couldn’t....

So you discount the rings Kobe got against the weak east?
No cuz kobe came out of the West meaning he beat the best teams to get to finals..

Remind me of Kevin Love, Chris Bosh, Kyrie's resumes before they got with LeBron again, one couldn't win 25 games in a season and the other was all the way the fukk outta playoff contention, yall quick to mentione Gasol geeting swept before matching up with Kobe though right :jbhmm:

But by the logic in this thread, he was able to play weaker eastern teams in the final round and avoid tougher western teams who were knocked out by other tough west teams.

The pros and cons go both ways, just like many of you do in your personal lives.

How sure are you that it will be more exciting or competitive?

Most would say that lower west seeds are generally more talented than lower east seeds because they are usually treadmill teams. Most complain about the east playoffs every year. And most would say the west is stronger than the east. And some say lebron and the cavs would struggle if they had to play top west teams.

So then you put that to the test. You get better matchups in all rounds, for example instead Toronto/Miami (snoozefest) in the first round you see Toronto/Portland, and in the 2nd round you start seeing matchups like Cleveland/OKC and Philly/Minnesota. Which would be much more exciting than seeing teams like Utah getting hosed every year with a team that clearly isnt as talented. It also creates more room for upsets because you get more varying styles of play against each other, I'm sure a lot of people think a squad like Denver could actually beat Washington or Toronto.

Its a no brainer that the matchups would be better and more exciting and it forces teams to get better. And even if they do get better they still run the risk of running into a team they dont matchup favorably to so seeding will matter more so you get lower seeded teams in earlier rounds.

Kobe faced 3 tough teams in the West which included the best west team + the best East team

Lebron faced the best East team and the Best West team

Which route seems tougher?
