Fistful of jewels
So Bron never actually said that rings don't matter huh? And ima MJ fan to the core, but i'm starting to believe he is getting salty because he knows Lebron may threaten his legacy as the greatest ever. He played against Kobe and while Kobe wasn't in his prime the first time he got a second go around against him when he came back with the Wiz. So i think he's satisfied as far as knowing if Kobe is as good or better than he was. But he missed playing against Lebron by one season and i know that it tears at his soul that he could never compete against him. Even at his advanced age he would have wanted to have known. While that will never be known, like i've said before if Bron wins 4 titles and finishes with like 7 MVPs than the argument will get real then. Especially if he was to ever go back to Cleveland and lead them to the promised land. That may be what would put him over the top.

Please explain how. Bronze is 1-2 in the finals with 6 wins and 9 losses. The first time, he got swept. The second time, he scored 10 ppg less than his season average. How in the hell is anyone scared of bronze legacy?

Rings do matter, but they're not the end all be all.

We can have the discussion about LBJ being the GOAT, now, breh. Bron doesn't have to win another ring. Some (:mjpls: not me...yet) can argue that he's the greatest already. He's definitely in the convo.

The thing is, he's not in the convo to be the NUMBER 1 NBA player of alltime, not even fuccin close:why:

Yes, he is. And each year it becomes more apparent that he's one of the greatest. You don't see it yet? Tsk, tsk, you'll see one day.

If Bron isn't in the convo, who is? :dwillhuh:
:whoa:

He is not even close to being in the convo for the best ever.

Kareem, Jordan, Magic, Russell. Its a short list and hes not there.

Do you not know how to use the internet breh:ohhh:

Man, you don't know how good Wilt, Kareem, etc really was.

You might have seen some highlights or read some stats, but there is no way you can legitimately say how good they were without watching them play in the context of their careers.

shut up.

Either way, even if i dont count them blacc n white nikkas.
He(lebron) stil isnt the best player in NBA history, or close to it.

The thing is, when u compare the very best of the best, no one player is just far and ahead of the rest of them. So when it comes down to the top 10, i really rank them off accomplishments by that point. And records.
Lebron is 1-2 in the finals, but he has a nice set of Mr.NBA awards, aka MVP.

As far as just pure basketball tho, he still not number 1.
I would say Kobe, and Larry Bird are my 2 favorite basketball players when it comes down to just skill.

:heh: im glad people are remembering the fact that prime lebron was outscored by a 34 year old, 180 pound player in the nba finals.

PRIME lebron too, not rookie lebron or 10 years into the future 38 yr old lebron. PRIME.

If lebron retired today his legacy would be no where near michael's. but that doesn't mean anything because he still is in his prime and healthy. but comparing them now puts the odds greatly in MJ's favor. even kobe and Duncan>>>> at this point. I mean realistically how can lebron be greater than duncan right now when duncan has had more success and even swept lebron out the finals not to mention to this day still has a better reg season record than lebron.

I prefer to make comparisons in hindsight. after retirement the discussion is much simpler. after he retires lebron will prolly have had a better career than all of them. except maybe Jordan

Bron doesn't need 5 rings. Somebody but Bird at the "big boy table" and he got 3. LeBron's talent and dominance plus 3 rings will be enough to put him in AT WORST the Top 4 of all-time.

Typical loser response from a fakkit ass chump like Lebron.

I bet it eats away at Jordan every day that he doesn't have more rings than Russell. You know Kobe is gonna die trying to get that sixth ring to tie Jordan.

But bytch ass Lebron? "Rings don't matter" :wtf: that's why he'll never be the greatest. fukkin chump.
