As a photographer myself, I think it’s Kinda fukked up. At least tag the nikka who took the photo.
I am sure one of the publications bought it and that is where LeBron got it from like ESPN/etc, he only has a case unless LeBron specifically went on his profile and reposted it. He should just have a watermark

I don’t see how this works for him. Everything basketball related in an NBA arena is under the NBA trademark. If you enter an NBA arena as a fan every photo you take is under the NBA umbrella.

The NBA allows you too take those photos home but they don’t have to. This case has no legs.

Terrible business, someone with a business
sense would try to negotiate between the NBA and the company they work for to get some type of percentage or publishing rights (in the future) behind closed doors ....Instead of doing hoe shyt like this

Foul.

Burning bridges too.

I wonder if he approached Lebron first to ask him to take it down. If he didn't then it's really foul.

He’s suppose to negotiate some deal with the nba now? The same nba who stops nikkas from posting highlights? :mjlol:

cmon man. And like I said, the least Lebron coulda did was at least tag the man in the pics he took.
