The premise of this entire discussion is about the damn numbers. :what:

I wasn't speaking to the premise of the entire discussion just to his point about the Cavs having better numbers with Bron on the Bench.

There's a reason why those numbers are the way they are. I was speaking on the numbers but actually digging into them as opposed to taking the numbers at face value.

Houston to LA like I'm Robert Horry.
I don't think anybody denies the Mavs loss was a bad one, but some of you are really underselling these Spurs teams of late. Take off the nostalgia glasses and see that's an all time great dynasty, headed with one of the greatest coaches and greatest PF behind it. LeBron had to go up against that 3 times in his career....

I don't believe LeBron is better than Jordan, but something to consider :manny:

The Spurs the last two years are MUCH better than any team Jordan faced in the finals...

OKC kinda was to...:francis:

I begrudgingly have to agree with this TS :francis:

He is about to go to war with one of the greatest regular season teams in NBA history as well:francis:

Nostalgia is one of the greatest enemies in sports discussion.
People making completely forced, unwarranted, unnecessary bullshyt comparisons ruin sports discussions

Wtf was the point of his post?
Bron Stans main refrain is they say haters constantly compare Bron to MJ but they started this whole entire narrative.

The Dallas series still looks bad though :sadcam:

Also it does highlight that Jordan needed every bit of that 41/9/6 average to beat the Suns in 93.

31/11/7 against the Lakers

Other than that OKC series, 29/10/7 we havent seen all time great finals from LeBron.
He should have shot the ball more against San Antonio last year. He was shooting 57% from the floor.

I think he needs to put up 31/9/8 to beat the Warriors..
I doubt even that would be enough

They gonna let him get his and shut down everybody else

Brehsident evil
Already preparing the he needs more help excuses.

Also the 2012-2013 Heat team with Ray Allen is a worst supporting cast than 2011-2012? Those two teams are almost identical with the exception of Allen and some bench players
Battier disappeared

YOU SEE IT.

This is one of the biggest reasons I point out to the 90's being overrated trash.

Lol so your knocking the because they lost to magic your personal goat.

Lakers were way ahead of their comp back then

last year's spurs are arguably better than anyone jordan faced in the finals, the thunder and spurs from the previous two finals werent better than the sonics or either jazz team. the spurs gave away game 6 but that was not an all time great finals team. they were formidable still but manu had a terrible playoffs, parker wasnt himself, and while green and neal were white hot for awhile neither could put the ball on the deck and neal may have been the worst defender in the finals, splitter was garbage.
