Miami just ain't that good outside of Lebron. I mean, Cleveland was better overall. If Wade was still Wade, he would make Miami's lack of talent not as notable but he ain't. Duncan even at this age cancels out Bosh. Then SA dominates the rest of the match-ups including the bench. SA takes less to play with each other. They bring in guys who are all about winning.

He was playing like Kobe or MJ with his aggressiveness in game 2. It worked and it was working early in game 3. He sinks a couple of more 3s and it stops the Spurs momentum.

I predicted this would happen tho but I blame it on his 60 year old level stamina. Dude is in his prime. He should be playing the whole game.

Kobe averaged 43 mpg when he was 29 in the finals. Lebron is at 36. Even if you take out game one it is still only 38 mpg. Even 5 more min would make a difference.
Lebron exert more energy on offense and defense than Kobe and Jordan ever did and it's not close. It's like he's Magic/Oscar on offense and Pippen on defense. You can't do that and expect to not get tried. Miami has Lebron doing too much because they are getting so little from the others.

Cleveland is better than this bullshyt team. They just didn't have the talent like Miami but they had much better role players and much better depth and they played like a team. This Miami team is the same Miami team I seen v. Dallas but with a better Lebron, better defense, and a :flabbynsick: Wade.

You can't expect lebron to carry his team, do everything well and not think a lot. :manny: Plus the spurs are clearly a much better team over all.

This loss is not on Bron FOH
It's not on a singular player but it's not like he balled out either. Need more from everyone, including LeBron, to beat the Spurs. Spurs shot ridiculous so that's the story but if not, we'd be talking about Bron having 8 after the 1st

How about some defense from the Heat?
They'll be better next game

If Leonard and Diaw stay aggressive, LeBron can't stay guarding Tony Parker

Plus, Bron couldn't post up as well tonight as the other night. SA made the adjustments defensively to make it tougher on him

Heat just got out of rhythm

Anytime you relying on Birdman and :flabbynsick: Rashard Lewis as key players, you gonna be in trouble. Hell, Ray Allen is one of their best players. Even in Boston, he was becoming their 6th and 7th best player on an aging squad, now he is your key player. Miami role players aren't good and Wade regression is has been very scary over the last two seasons. You want to think Bosh has improved but his post game is even worse even if his range and his defense has improved. Bosh is like Madden. You add a couple good features, you lose a couple good features. Only Lebron is adding things to his game and getting better. Cole seems to have improved on defense but his offense is still where it was at as a rookie but not as sporadic. There are a lot of things I don't like about this Heat team. Then their lack of size and overall fit. This is the worst great team I've ever seen in my time watching the NBA.

these are the same players as last year minus Mike Miller

they just aren't consistently as good defensively and LeBron had to carry the load even more.

Everyone has regress except for Allen, Cole, and Bosh. Only Bron has really improved. This team is aging. It really is hurting them that Wade is no longer elite. That bad fit between him and Bron worked simply because both were elite but without Wade being elite and just being good, this team is falling. Wade is looking like Orlando VC out chea.

This team really ain't the same team.

Then the Spurs have gotten better. Diaw, Leonard, Mills, Spiltter have improved. Only Bonner has regressed. Manu, Tony, Duncan, are as good as they were last year. This team has improved, Miami has regressed. On top of that, Miami regressed in an area they couldn't afford to regress in which is Wade. It wasn't like the Spurs weren't the better team last year, they were the better team. This year, the gap has wider.

If the Spurs win Game 4, then I'll believe they truly have gotten better... in this moment
