Traded away or let go of all their young talented guys

Traded all their draft picks for the rest of the decade

Bout to fire and hire another coach making it 4 head coaches in 6 years

And all they got to show for it is a questionable championship.

That is failure. Now all of it may not be on Lebron but he should get the majority of blame just as any other superstar would.

Had Jeanie listened to Phill and traded Lebron, they'd probably have Russ on a bargain contract similar to how he is on the Clippers, legit role players around AD, picks and a future.
