Bron haters have to make up new statistics that literally no one has ever quoted in order to justify their obsession with Bron. :dead:

Lebron has 197 points in the clutch this year (leads the NBA by nearly 30) and is shooting 56% in the clutch (better than anyone else in the top 10) and 65% from the line in the clutch (which sucks, but is the exact same as #2 Westbrook and unlike Westbrook, is practically the same as what he shoots the rest of the game). Lebron is also 4th in the NBA in clutch rebounds, 3rd in clutch assists, and top-20 in clutch steals and clutch blocks.

All that combines to Lebron's teams being +87 in the clutch, dominating over anyone else. He literally scores more in the clutch than anyone, at a higher percentage than any other high-volume scorer, while his team does better than anyone.

He's having the best clutch season in the NBA this year and you can't touch him on that, so you have to make up random cherry-picked stats that include free throws he missed on purpose to desperately try to justify Skip Bayless narratives. :bryan:

Edit: Not to mention that this is the regular season, as if Lebron hasn't made one gigantic shot after another in the playoffs, including the sealing free throw with 10 seconds left in Game 7 of the NBA Finals (even after landing on his wrist). But no, the haters leap from "regular season doesn't matter" to "some random cherry-picked regular season stat from a single season is THE PROOF!" :scust:

For sure. Lebron is weird in the fact that he's a shotmaker that has hit many many big shots. He can and has also hit difficult shots in the clutch too. But the freethrows have always been his achilles heel, for whatever reason he cant clear that mental block. Im sure he puts the work in but its just not getting better. Actually..its gotten worse over the years. His freethrow % took a nosedive once he left Miami, and whats weird was he was almost at 80% during his first MVP year.

Somehow dude has managed to increase his shooting ability while decreasing his freethrow shooting acumen over the years. :why:

Thats clearly mental. Don't be surprised if a team actually takes it to "Hack-a-Bron in the clutch. I feel like the only reason why its never happened to this point is because teams respect Bron so much. But if he keeps on struggling he's definitely gonna get tried.

Ben Simmons already got the party started :demonic::demonic::demonic:

When the dam breaks, and opposing teams realize that this is an effective strategy to demoralize and defeat Bron, shyt is about to be so lit :banderas::banderas::banderas:

Bron givin postgame pressers on how targeted fouling isn't the "right way to play the game" :bryan::bryan:

Assistant Coach Lue juelzing about working with Bron on his free throw mechanics :mjlol::mjlol:

Nick Wright going APESHYT over how disrespectful players are being when testing the "GOAT" :heh::heh:

LeBron hit two FT's with 4.6 seconds left in the game.He then made the 1st of 3,then missed the 2nd.He basically shot his average(75%).Should he have made all 3? Maybe. However,at what point does fatigue become a factor?...Cedi starts at the point, but we know who the pg really is(Lebron 11 asst).Green starts at PF,but we all know who the real PF is(Lebron 11 reb)...I'm gonna give Lebron a pass for missing that FT for the simple fact that his teammates missed a bunch of wide open shots, and it was the 2nd game of a back to back on the road.

BTW:Every great player has missed clutch FT's....At the same time,Lebron needs to improve his form and get in more reps.

Did you miss the stat ESPN showed where he's the worst in the NBA over the last 20 years when it comes to clutch FTs?

The issue here isn't that he missed them THIS TIME. Its the fact he misses clutch free throws ALL THE TIME.

This is habitual for LeBron. He's a known choker. Which is how everyone and their mama knew he was gonna miss one of those 3 FTs last night. EVERYONE.

Funny thing is, we all knew he wasn't making all those free throws :mjlol:

I think that's the critical point here. If Kobe or Jordan miss a free throw in the clutch, we're SHOCKED. With LeBron, we expect it. How come? Cause with LeBron this happens all the time. With other huge superstars, its rare.

This is why I stop arguing with you fukk nikkas on here

Anyone who knows basketball knows they have no weaknesses. Jordan and Kobe have "mastered" the game. The only 2 players in NBA history to have done so. There is nothing on the court they cannot do. Every other player in NBA history has had at least one weakness. Kobe and Jordan had NONE.

This bum ass nikka came up with a garbage scenario that can never be proven as his argument. I don't know why you keep putting Kobe and Jordan together. Nobody does that but Kobe Stan's.

Then I guess most current NBA players and legends are Kobe stans cause they are the ones that say Kobe and Jordan are 1a and 1b when it comes to the best of all-time.

We've posted that long ass list of players and legends saying Kobe is the closest to Jordan a million times. Even Jordan has said Kobe is the only true heir to his throne.

Only the media is pushing this fraudulent argument that LeBron is seeing Jordan. The actual guys who play the game know that's false.

Whats that supposed to prove? Outliers exist. I don't think anyone on here has said Kobe has NEVER missed a clutch FT. The difference is, this is a HABIT for LeBron.

I'm pretty sure we could make a 5 minute compilation of LeBron missing clutch FTs. Cause that's what he does. Kobe on the other hand, you'll probably find only one or two instances in his career.

Outlier vs Habit

Learn the difference.
