My question about LSU is... what do LSU fans REALLY think their program is supposed to be? Ya'll NOT Alabama, FSU, Ohio State, USC, Michigan, Notre Dame etc.. ya'll not in that caliber.
LSU is not an elite college football program, or at least they weren't before Nick Saban/Les Miles.
Les has seven 10 win seasons in 11 years.
Prior to him, LSU had six 10 win seasons in the previous 58 YEARS!!!

Its peaks and valleys as a head coach tho.. he had four straight 10-plus win seasons. There's gonna be a little fall back down to earth at some point. But they have the #1 recruiting class right now, and ya'll wanna replace this dude.

People in Louisiana have an uncanny desire to stay there. Coming from Texas and going to school there, this was made very apparent to me. They'll go somewhere else if it is an ideal fit, but most prefer to stay in Louisiana initially
