To be completely honest Winning is in the eye of the beholder. If chick is getting where she want to in life doing it how she feels is acceptable than she is winning. Happiness=winning.
Now to me a chick will be winning if she doesn't have to put her sex first and has more to offer, educated, is successful, and not fat.

Winning aka success is a long term thing to me...some folks who were "winning" in 2006, ain't got shyt in 2016 ....I try to put my my home girls on game that will bring value to them for decades...not just a few years while they are young...

Not have a baby out of wedlock (totally in her power to influence).
Be educated and open-minded.
Have high standards for herself and the company she keeps.

I might just be a hater, but any woman that tells me she's "dealing with a rapper"... eh, no.
Not that there's anything wrong with being a rapper as a profession, per se, but I can say that in that relationship, 9 times out of 10, she's gonna get played one way or another.
If she can parlay that into a position of power (connections, employment, etc...) without getting caught up emotionally, *then* it would be a win.
But let's be honest... she can't.
I'd rather a woman be "dealing with these midterms" tbh, if I'm looking to court.
