Micky D's has a whopping 11% company match on their 401k program and 15% discount on the purchase of Mickey D stock. He has over 12k shares of Micky D stock that pay out a dividend of $1.38 per share every quarter. Dude gets like $68k a year in dividend income every year just from his Micky D stock.

This whole labor shortage situation is weird. I just saw a news clip where people are saying there are companies with hiring signs but not calling applicants back. People say supply and demand but this doesn't make any sense. Considering cost of living and inflation with mainstreet hurting the most.
