If you can't watch the late 2nd half and objectively observe that Kobe had a hand in literally almost EVERY point scored down the stretch, you're just trolling. He took over that game! When things got tight and the game was in doubt, he willed the team across the finish line. That's not taking anything away from the tournament that D-Wade had. I thought he was definitely the best player through the Olympics, but if not for Kobe, he would be the best player through the Olympics WITH A SILVER MEDAL.

That's what most people always remember about that team, last night they said no less than 10 times during the broadcast. How Bean took over that game and was the biggest part in winning the gold medal. So yeah, fair or not, I do think that was his team in 2008.
