Nah I'm not with newfangled diets and movements.

Humans have been eating meat for thousands of years but all of a sudden people want to change up in the ninth inning.

I'll stick with my meat.

fukk what you heard. Meat is part of a healthy diet.

Perhaps, but I would argue that the rate at which we consume meat and animal products has increased drastically since the rise of industrialization and factory farming which are relatively recent inventions in human history. Generally speaking, most people today would have better overall health if they cut back on their servings of meat/animal products on any given day of the week.

Animal rights aside, if there is one thing to take away from vegetarianism and veganism, it's to be aware of what is in the food you are eating and where it comes from. Those two things alone would go a long way towards improving people's overall health as it would help them make better decisions about what they ultimately decide to buy and eat.

As with everything else in life, discipline, moderation and balance are key.

the problem is that people eat too much animal products now adays since its so easy to get

for instance, 7 days out of the weak we be eating meat :eat:

but in reality it should be about 1-2 days a week of a small portion of meat

our bodies are designed to NOT eat meat for the most part

via our teeth/intestinal tract/ our evolutionary development via speed (lack of) our stomach acidity etc.

but yeah, keep plunging yourself with that meat shyt nikka, ill see you way after in the after life :russ:

Daniel Bryan (The Best in the World), said he started being a vegan due to health reasons. Some people say they do it because they are against abusing animals. I am curious about this. Lets say the animals are raised and slaughtered naturally, is it still such a big deal to eat them? Anyway, I want to start a exchange of ideas on the yays and nays of veganism.

I can already tell that you're a shytty human being from thread title and upon reading the first line of your thread.

There's protein in lots of foods. No need to fall into that protein propaganda.

Try Moringa powder, Spirulina and or hemp seed in smoothies.

Non tofu sources of protein, try seitan and tempeh.

Chickpeas are great too.
