i agree with the nuts and seeds thign because this helped me get in good shape when i was working at this place that didn't really allow for big giant meals because the work was so physical.

I don't agree with vegan diets though

like how do vegan people hold up in hospitals?

i wanna see like
stats of vegan people who have lost there legs or some shyt, and see how long they survive

i want stats about how a vegan diet effects you as you grow into an old senile person

and i mean a north american vegan diet

how do these people hold up when they get infections that are life threatening, what are the chances of them fighting cancer successfully?

i need to know all this shyt before i would start just eating a vegan diet

:wtf: the only shyt that animal products have that plant foods / nuts/seeds/cahsews etc. dont have is high ass levels of animal fat :laff:

people would be far healthier if they rid themselves of eating that artery clogging shyt

thing is

meat industry conditions the populations to think they need meat / animal products or that it benefits them highly and it works because our evolutionary line is equipped with taste buds that fire off rapidly at fatty foods because back in the hunting/gathering era a.k.a. before the year 1600 :russ: humans eat animals at times in which plants/fruits/other shyt were not available ala cold weather or drought etc. so it kept them alive by storing fat etc.

i am not a vegan, but i dont eat as much animal shyt as I used to :comeon:

ill help yall out by providing you with the GOAT video:

yall can thank me later

even hitler said the diet of the future was vegan/vegetarian :win:

and yall can hate on hitler all you want, but denying his intelligence is just being emotional

I've been meat free for the past few weeks and feel better physically for it. I never thought that would even be possible. I can see myself being vegan in the near future. I have cut out red meat altogether though.

I don't mess with fast food any more neither.

I appreciate the read about all the insects, chipmunks, and bunnies that are lost in the field.

By slaughtered naturally, I guess I meant in a healthier way than the norm. Maybe Halal or what the Outdoor Market Farmer folks be doing.

I was looking at this strictly from a health standpoint. I can give a fukk about the animals, whether they live or die.

I'm also curious to learn more about the poster's view on "Can a vegan survive cancer?" What does it take to survive cancer?

I think everyone is missing the point with health. As long as you stay away from the processed food and fast food, you will be ok. You don't have to cut out meat.

For example I don't drink ANY fruit juice. Instead, I'll just eat some fruit (no homo). The sugar in the fruit juice will lead you on a road of diabetes. But the sugar found in fruit is natural, and you can pretty much have as much of it as you want.

On average, I eat a bout 4 banana's, a few apples and oranges, and something like cherries or grapes per day for my fruit intake. If I consumed that much processed sugar, I would probably have diabetes

I can't cut out fruit juice completely, but going from ~5 cups a day to ~2 and drinking water instead has been good.

Also the typical American vegan diet with all the soy and tofu, meat substitutes and flavor substitutes looks weird and unhealthy to me. Like they're eating garbage mixed with chemicals to taste like something and vitamins and minerals added in later. :scusthov:

But I do think eating more vegan meals in general is a good idea. :ld:

I've experimented with vegetarianism and veganisim in various ways for 6 years or so. At this point I only eat fish.

As I try to keep my health in order being Vegan was just to much of a stretch. I don't have the time to make it work and I don't feel it is needed as it relates to me.

I will say I ate complete crap as a vegetarian for years because I thought it was ok I wasn't eating meat :snoop:

Dog, if it's anything that will make a difference in your health, it's cutting out fruit juice. Just get used to buying more fruit. When you have the desire for some orange juice, just eat an orange, try it out. 2 glasses a day is too much man, but 5 was :merchant:

I know that shyt is liquid crack, but all them shyts is pretty much diabetes juice. And I don't know if you're black, but we really gotta be extra vigilant in preventing diabetes

Yeah, used to be 1 cup OJ with breakfast, several cups of anything with dinner.

I don't think I'll ever go below 1 though. OJ with breakfast is a must. :ld:

Yeah, I've seen the stuff diabetes does in the community, too.
