I think everyone is missing the point with health. As long as you stay away from the processed food and fast food, you will be ok. You don't have to cut out meat.

For example I don't drink ANY fruit juice. Instead, I'll just eat some fruit (no homo). The sugar in the fruit juice will lead you on a road of diabetes. But the sugar found in fruit is natural, and you can pretty much have as much of it as you want.

On average, I eat a bout 4 banana's, a few apples and oranges, and something like cherries or grapes per day for my fruit intake. If I consumed that much processed sugar, I would probably have diabetes

:laff: @ having as much fruit as you want but not fruit juice, all you need is two apples and that is equivalent to 2 cups of apple juice, only people getting diabetes are fat fukks who don't do shyt so the increased volume of carbohydrates entering their system puts a strain on their pancreas because they aren't doing shyt to eliminate it from their body by activity

I've been Vegan since 08 and I love it. I've hardly been sick and I been the same weight and never gained or lost weight since. I did a full body detox though

Thing did wonders for me. I had the most vibrant energy in the morning, no morning breath and bowel movements were literally odorless upon completion of that detox.

Fast forward to now and Detoxing is something I want to do at least yearly.


Essentials for daily use.

Spirulina. 70% of this is protein which is digestible and assimilates in the body properly. Dont' listen to misinformation online with superfoods. There
is a lot of people just trying to confuse us. Try it out in a smoothie and notice how energetic you feel.

Alfalfa powder
Hemp seed
Kelp
Moringa

Those above will supply you with mostly everything you need.

I don't even worry about all these "I need enough ______" no more because these above have more than adequate enough nutrition.

The meat and dairy industry have tricked a lot of us into thinking Meat and dairy is the ultimate powerhouse for nutrition. It's all frankly a load of bull.:birdman:

There isn't a problem with drinking fruit juice DEPENDING on it's ingredients.

There are healthy fruit juices such as those by R.W. Knudsen or Lakewood Organic juices. Basically those juices that are organic, fresh pressed and don't contain any extra sugar. Raw juice straight from a juicer too.

Tropicana and those other juices usually are loaded with sugar and whatnot but those are best reserved for when nothing else is in reach.

Yeah, but the people who drink those juices are already on some healthy shyt. REAL juice is not being consumed by most. That shyt is only sold in places like Whole Foods are the organic section of your market. But ain't no way around it, fruit in place of juice will have nothing but a positive affect on your health

an apple has 15 carbohydrates (average sized)

1 cup of apple juice has about 18 carbohydrates

people would be far healthier if they rid themselves of eating that artery clogging shyt

thing is

meat industry conditions the populations to think they need meat / animal products or that it benefits them highly and it works because our evolutionary line is equipped with taste buds that fire off rapidly at fatty foods because back in the hunting/gathering era a.k.a. before the year 1600 :russ: humans eat animals at times in which plants/fruits/other shyt were not available ala cold weather or drought etc. so it kept them alive by storing fat etc.

i am not a vegan, but i dont eat as much animal shyt as I used to :comeon:

My nikka, first of all when I replied to you I didn't state the FACT that a piece of fruit was healthier than a cup of fruit juice, I was speaking to a real nikka at that point.

Secondly, things like fish, nuts, oatmeal, raise your hdl levels witch is good for your cholesterol and stuff like butter, shortening and shyt raises your, LDL levels, which is bad for your cholesterol. Pretty much the same shyt you stated:aicmon: How is that shyt a myth, I got readings for both last time I got a check up, and I'm in OPTIMUM health by the way

But do you, I'm just trying to contribute some positive info
