I think everyone is missing the point with health. As long as you stay away from the processed food and fast food, you will be ok. You don't have to cut out meat.
For example I don't drink ANY fruit juice. Instead, I'll just eat some fruit (no homo). The sugar in the fruit juice will lead you on a road of diabetes. But the sugar found in fruit is natural, and you can pretty much have as much of it as you want.
On average, I eat a bout 4 banana's, a few apples and oranges, and something like cherries or grapes per day for my fruit intake. If I consumed that much processed sugar, I would probably have diabetes

the sugar in fruit juice will NOT lead you to diabetes

and it doesn't matter if the meat is processed or not, not that any of it isn't
it still doesn't belong in our arteries
@ having as much fruit as you want but not fruit juice, all you need is two apples and that is equivalent to 2 cups of apple juice, only people getting diabetes are fat fukks who don't do shyt so the increased volume of carbohydrates entering their system puts a strain on their pancreas because they aren't doing shyt to eliminate it from their body by activity4 bananas a day?







the only shyt that animal products have that plant foods / nuts/seeds/cahsews etc. dont have is high ass levels of animal fat
humans eat animals at times in which plants/fruits/other shyt were not available ala cold weather or drought etc. so it kept them alive by storing fat etc.
