No Rappers come close to what Tupac could impact a culture on, we don't even have to discuss the music part of talent. Hands down he won with just IMPACT to a generation of culture and his persona reigned with the music hand 2 hand.

thats a given but people always try to take his skills away. like biggie was really spitting better than him

thats because the circumstances surrounding his death was shadowed by which side you was on, that took away from some people declaring him the greatest :mj:

and what makes u think that??? Dont just say that shyt explain it, nikkas been getting away with just saying that shyt with no explanation for too long. Pac was a better lyricist, better mic presence, more charisma and better content. Ill admit that biggies flow was better tho

The irony. That is a typical thing people say without backing it up. Flow is a bit of a matter of preference but Pac had way more different and diverse flows than Biggie throughout his career.

True, I think Biggie was good, above the top.. but better than 2pac? Naw Biggie never changed his format at all, Pac always could, he could be Teacher,Preacher,Brother,Dealer,Killer,or just a real Nukka.. he was versatile. Plus he could make you feel his pain thru his words or reach a mind like a spark of a flame. he was dope
