No Rappers come close to what Tupac could impact a culture on, we don't even have to discuss the music part of talent. Hands down he won with just IMPACT to a generation of culture and his persona reigned with the music hand 2 hand.

thats because the circumstances surrounding his death was shadowed by which side you was on, that took away from some people declaring him the greatest
