I think it matters as much as it would show in how she lives. If she was reckless in her teens up to her early 20s, but learned and calmed down from that lifestyle, it doesn't matter, but if she's ran through multiple social groups and friend circles to the point where the first thing people mention when her name is brought about is how much of a hoe she is, then it clearly matters
