*IF* (and it's a BIG fukking IF) there is any genetic intelligence advantage to any of the races, it could only be studied or proven if all the races had the same access to education from early years to adulthood to take out the massive skewing effect that will have.

Which they don't. Anywhere on Earth.

Any result would be completely misunderstood by all the worst people in society - if any race came out with a statistical "advantage" meatheads would assume that meant every member of that race was more intelligent than every member of other races and start pushing eugenics or some shyt.

If it transpired Sherpas from Nepal were statistically the least intelligent of the races (this is purely hypothetical ColiSherpas ) and Samoans the most, it would still be perfectly possible for the world's most intelligent person to be a Nepalese Sherpa and the least intelligent to be a Samoan.

That's a nuance that would be forgotten QUICK by morons.

The reason why ppl do not like discussing intelligence with genetic determinism is because of self-esteem due to most ppl viewing genetics as some immutable variable. For me, I only care about the facts, and while it might sound intuitively correct to presume that people who lived in wildly different, isolated geographies for thousand of years would not develop even cognitive abilities and temperament, that does not excuse the ppl who make this argument from providing HARD evidence to back it, and on that front, imo, there is serious criticism against genetic determinism as the explanatory variable for differences in racial outcomes, especially when contrasted with cultural differences.

All things equal...I don't believe their is a difference in the propensity for a higher intelligence.

Too many factors muddy the waters of any experiment. Environment, socioeconomic status, family, child rearing method, food consumed by the pregnant mother, access to learning tools, and exposure to many factors that cause us to hinder our own growth...

It's way too deep.
