Because its the fact he's playing those horrid guards over the frontline. I feel like if he just gave more time for Whiteside they aren't throwing these games away. You have to really watch the games to see it. It feels like with all the holes, they would still be at least at .500 with letting him sit and running more through the guards.

Its a guards league though. Its not the 90s. You cant function without decent perimeter play. Its why Wade's on-off numbers are still so good even though the nikka way past his athletic prime.....the team is an embarrassment when he's not on the floor. He's the only reliable passer/shot-creator/perimeter player on the whole damn roster. They'd be a .500 team he'd been healthy

Look at the standings. You can't find ONE good team who's winning with bad guard play. Not one.

I still an effective frontline can trump a guard league, what we seeing right now is a weird as season but I wouldn't be surprised if say a Memphis makes a big run
