If you are talking about the resources of an entire continent then I would assume you mean people indigenous to the land.
And many of African nations, if not most, have control over their resources.

Africa is already segregated.
So according to some the Cac side would be paradise with no crime. Lmao. Like Cacs aren't some of the most demonic mfers and history has proved this. If you know anything about white people you they hate when black people have their own shyt and try to uplift each other. Just like in the 20 -40s we had our own communities we didn't bother them but they had to try to destroy our communities.

No, assimilation would mean we'd have mixed in the dominant society. We are very much segregated.

If it stays domestic the whites are going to be in control if they get Midwest, Pacific northwest and Alaska. The will have the upper hand with trade routes coming in and out from the pacific, control over the water supply in the west. Essentially the Hispanics water supply would be dependent on the whites. First in line for oil coming from Canada.
North Dakota, Montana and Alaska are pretty much sliding on oil.
