Nah, he's always had the talent even out of Beer Money.
His single's run in TNA alone really sold me on him. He's the complete package as far as a Superstar goes and I can see why he gets the comparisons to HHH.
I just hope to God they don't fukk him on the main roster.

Took me a while to get into him in TNA, Hogan pulling the rug from under him killed his momentum imo so by the time he got the TNA title it was a whimper and not a bang.
He's making the most of his NXT run, mostly off presentation. He wasnt gonna get a classic feud from Nakamura for obvious reasons.

Roode is legit and has been for a while, when he turned on James Storm and started his run he was easy to buy into. He had the X's and O's before he arrived in NXT
TNA just couldn't add that extra garnish to him the way WWE did with that theme and presentation. Those glorious bombs put him over the top because people got to connect to him
